Onboarding as a Coordinator

Joining the Crunch Protocol as a Coordinator is straightforward and unlocks access to thousands of world-class ML engineers who have proven themselves against hedge funds in real-world predictive challenges. The entire onboarding process distills down to a few essential steps:
  1. Create a complete local environment setup for your Coordinator Node,
  2. Define your input data and inference protocol,
  3. Configure your scoring functions for rewards distribution,
  4. Register your Coordinator account on the protocol,
  5. Launch your Coordinator node,
Our protocol provides all the necessary building blocks—from templates and node infrastructure to privacy-enhancing tools and automated model management systems—making it easy to get set up and start harnessing collective intelligence for your specific prediction challenges. In steps 1–3 you will define the Coordinator Node and the base models that will be used to participate in the Crunch. This will be done using a fully local environment setup. By the end, you will have a complete working implementation of the diagram below running on your local machine.
